H9 Marassi
A coastal resort where the Mediterranean influence blends with Egyptian history.
H9 Marassi is a luxury resort hotel on Egypt’s North Coast and is part of the Marassi development. The hotel features the signature style of The Address Hotels. The atmosphere is refined, calm, and connected to its surroundings. The design is inspired by the nearby sea and sand, using soft blues and warm beige tones that reflect the white beaches and peaceful waters of the Mediterranean near the Nile Delta.
As soon as you enter, the space feels open and peaceful. The lobby features clean lines, natural materials, and furniture that is both modern and timeless. Instead of copying the past, the design lets it quietly influence the atmosphere. It pays tribute to Egypt’s stories, traditions, and strong connection to water.
The sea influences every part of the design, not only in color but also in shape. Traditional Egyptian boats, once used for fishing, travel, and ceremonies along the Nile, inspired the curves of the furniture, carved details, and the way light moves through the space. These features are more than decoration; they remind guests of how people once lived here.
"H9 Marassi brings the refined style of The Address Hotels to Egypt’s North Coast, where sea, sand, and the shapes of old boats come together in a calm, thoughtful design."
Every material seems carefully chosen. Stone, aged metal, and woven textures are all slightly worn to feel authentic. Light streams in through large windows, mixing with views of the sea. The entire space is designed to make you feel welcome, not just to impress. This is a natural kind of luxury, with the quiet confidence that The Address Hotels are known for.
