Seapoint & Bayview Gateway Towers Residences

Interior concept for Seapoint and Bayview Towers public areas with flowing circulation, soft lines, and a warm coastal palette of neutrals, deep blues, and natural materials.

Seapoint & Bayview Towers, located in Dubai, UAE, are positioned at the convergence of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. These twin towers serve as architectural gateways to Dubai Harbour, their design inspired by the dynamic curve of a rising wave — a motif that defines both their exterior and interior experience.

The interior concept for public areas translates this wave-like motion into spatial flow. Edges are softened, lines are curved, and transitions between spaces are seamless. Circulation is designed to be intuitive and uninterrupted, guiding residents effortlessly through communal zones with a sense of gentle momentum.

The color palette mirrors the coastal environment: warm neutrals bathed in sunset hues, contrasted with deep blues that evoke the ocean’s depth. This harmony is reinforced through material choices , lightweight drapery, blue lacquered accents, woven textiles, and supple leather, all selected to evoke serenity and tactile richness.

“The curve of a rising wave becomes the foundation for the interior experience — where movement, material, and light converge to guide residents through spaces of calm and continuity.”
